A rainbow over the lake.
Rainbows always seem exciting; even as I get older, I still enjoy seeing a good rainbow. Everyone always freaks out and has to show everyone around them, pointing into the distance, and watching it until it fades away.
What is it about a rainbow that's so magical?
Not many natural things cause people to stop their days and look at nature, except for maybe a sunset, sunrise, or natural disaster. I guess that is why I really marvel at rainbows, especially since I am not scientifically gifted and have no understanding whatsoever about how a rainbow forms. My brother would probably know.
What have you seen lately that's cool, perhaps something from nature?

Ahh, rainbows. Next to sunsets and big puffy clouds in a blue sky, they're my favorite.
When I was younger, I remember reading the following verse in the Bible... the verse gave me a whole new perspective... The verse is in Genesis, and God is speaking to Noah after the flood:
"And God said, 'This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature to come: I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant beween God and all living creatures of every kind of the earth." -Genesis 9:9-16
So that's it for me. Rainbow = Covenant.
